• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide CI projects delivering target savings.
• Collaborate with CI Manager, plant leadership and Finance to identify and deliver projects.
• Mentor teams on tools and standard work; verify results against targets.
• Maintain MOS processes and share best practices across plants.
• Drive cost savings initiatives and track progress.
