Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to lead plantwide projects across our manufacturing network. You will drive improvements in safety, engagement, delivery, cost, and capacity using structured problem-solving and quantified business cases.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, a BS in a technical field, and expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to mentor teams and optimize processes across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in technical field from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Certification in Lean and Six Sigma preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide projects focusing on Safety, Employee Engagement, Delivery, Cost, and/or Capacity.
• Partner with CI Manager, plant leadership, and Plant Controller; deliver target savings.
• Demonstrate year-over-year continuous savings mindset and report savings to leadership.
• Apply lean/Six Sigma tools; teach others; mentor through MOS implementations.
• Ensure accountability through Management Operating System and drive cross-functional collaboration.
