GradeBuzz is seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician to provide employee IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage user accounts. The role involves working with IT admins, cybersecurity teams, and other departments to ensure secure, productive operations.

The position supports on-site, hybrid, or remote work depending on business needs. Applicants with a customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Diploma, bachelor’s or relevant IT certification preferred.
• Understanding of computer hardware, OS, software apps, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS and common productivity tools.
• Basic knowledge of email systems, collaboration platforms, accounts, and MFA.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with clear communication.
• Willingness to learn and work with others in IT.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for employees via email, phone, chat, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues; assist with installations.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and MFA with proper procedures.
• Record and track incidents in the IT service management system.
• Troubleshoot network/connectivity issues and assist with remote access.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment preparation.
