Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Auto/GL Litigation claims experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Claim professionals and inventories.
• Monitor reserve accuracy and trends with reporting tools.
• Communicate business goals and lead change initiatives.
• Coach and develop staff; succession planning.
• Assess indemnity and expense exposure; set reserves.
• Interpret and apply insurance coverage.
• Lead claims across investigation, disposition, settlement.
• Establish relationships with customers; negotiate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and ethics.
