Qualifikationen

• Prior high exposure general liability claims and litigation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts and indemnification.
• In-depth understanding of coverage and risk transfer.
• College degree preferred; management experience preferred.
• Professional designation or work toward such designation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead approximately 7 General Liability Litigation Claim Handlers with inventories.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve performance and career goals.
• Manage claim investigation, liability determinations, disposition and settlement.
• Implement change and explain drivers and business goals.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance as a technical resource.
• Understand General Liability and personal lines coverage forms.
• Lead staff across varying tenure and experience levels.
• Address customer issues and collaborate with internal/external partners.
