Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Engineered Sales Manager to drive HVAC system specifications by building strong consultative relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, facility managers, and other influencers. This role is 100% remote for the Northwest, with travel required within the territory.

Responsibilities include providing technical expertise, delivering presentations and training, and advising on codes and ASHRAE standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, engineering, or a related technical sales role.
Proven ability to build relationships with consulting engineers and mechanical engineering community.
Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships to secure HVAC system specifications.
Provide technical expertise on HVAC applications, system design and product selection.
Educate customers on current and emerging HVAC products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns and training sessions.
Advise on code requirements and ASHRAE standards.
