Carrier is seeking a Sr. Sales Application Engineer to support the Midwest region remotely. You will translate customer needs into optimized HVAC equipment configurations, develop technical proposals, and ensure successful submittals for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or engineering technology.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC application engineering, applied equipment selection, or pre-sales technical support.
• 2+ Years of Experience working with Air Handlers and Chillers.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize Applied HVAC equipment selection based on project specifications.
• Ensure quoting, sizing, and equipment specs align with customer requirements and standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and technical improvements in system selection.
