Dorse & Company, a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, is seeking an HVAC Sales Engineer to promote represented product lines and influence design decisions in Seattle, WA.

The role involves engaging with engineers, architects, building owners, and facility managers to explain product performance and support bids and submittals. Remote work flexibility is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and HVAC knowledge.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and equipment-specific software.
• Clear, confident communication to educate others on product characteristics and performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain competency across represented product lines; develop specialization.
• Communicate accurate product information to stakeholders.
• Lead engineering appointments and training lunches.
• Visit job sites or owner facilities to develop solutions or resolve field challenges.
• Travel with engineers or customers to trainings and seminars.
• Utilize tools such as Greenheck CAPS.
