Job summary

RenewAire, LLC seeks a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast US to lead a field-based team of manufacturer’s representatives and grow revenue through wholesale HVAC distributors and design/build partners. The role is remote with ~50% travel and targets residential and light commercial markets.

You will craft annual regional plans, coach reps, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to drive product adoption and expand market share across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field required.
• Minimum of three years related experience in technical sales.
• Knowledge of sales management practices and techniques.
• Travel approximately 50% (overnight) required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Experience with HVAC or engineering environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual regional sales plans and achieve sales targets.
• Manage Manufacturer’s Reps and Wholesalers, including recruiting and training.
• Monitor sales trends, competition, and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams on process improvements and project execution.
• Participate in trade shows and strategic sales planning as needed.
