ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a highly organized HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch operations for residential service technicians. This in-office role emphasizes efficient technician routing and timely customer scheduling.

The ideal candidate has prior dispatch or call center experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of local geography to support routing. Weekends may be required, and benefits include training, PTO, and company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments.
• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor call flow through the service platform and dispatch system.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on appointments.
• Support field teams by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and keep technicians productive.
