Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize hazards and mitigate with proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Stresses safety as the top priority and enforces safety standards.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety procedures.
• Develop HV technical training material with supervisor and SOLV employees.
• Provide On-Call HV Support to OCC and field technicians.
• Remote support for EPC startup/commissioning and O&M testing.
• Provide SME advice to clients and present RCA findings.
