Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support OCC/O&M workflows, develop HV training materials, and provide expert guidance to field technicians remotely.

This role is fully remote nationwide; travel and site support may be required occasionally. Safety is paramount, with on-call support and incident analysis to improve the reliability of HV equipment and tests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize work hazards and mitigate using proper tools and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate documentation and required reports.
• Develop HV technical training material with supervisor and SOLV staff.
• Provide on-call and daytime HV support to OCC and field technicians.
• Remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and O&M testing.
• Offer SME advice to clients and present RCA findings for equipment failures.
