Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support daily OCC/O&M work processes and develop HV training materials. This fully remote role requires coordinating with the Technical Support Supervisor and SOLV personnel to ensure safe, efficient operations across nationwide solar, battery storage, and substation projects.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, documentation, client communication, and remote technical guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety as the core objective and enforce safety standards.
• Develop HV technical training materials in collaboration with the Technical Support Supervisor.
• Provide on-call HV support and daytime HV support to OCC and field technicians.
• Remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and O&M testing activities.
