Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a HV Regional Manager: Western to oversee multiple high‑voltage substation, transmission, and interconnection projects across the Western region, with initial remote work.

The role spans CAISO and WECC markets, leveraging leadership to drive safety, schedule, and budget performance. You will manage project executives and engineers, maintain client relationships, and guide teams through risk, quality, and compliance processes while ensuring on-time delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent high-voltage field experience.
• 8–10 years in HV substation, transmission, and interconnection construction.
• Proven project management with budget forecasting and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HV projects across the Western region are completed on time and within budget while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and schedule risks; address delays promptly.
• Lead regional team with Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents; conduct regular meetings and provide career development.
• Support and enforce safety audits and QEW qualification requirements across field supervision.
• Manage client relations and pursue new projects with Business Development and Preconstruction input.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor costs, margins, and change orders to stay within budget.
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance with NERC requirements, and proper reporting.
