Job summary

Epcon is seeking an experienced High Voltage Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of substation, transmission, and interconnection construction projects throughout the Western United States.

The role requires senior leadership across multiple high-voltage projects with accountability for safety, schedule, budget, client and utility relationships, and regional growth; relocation packages are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of high-voltage construction experience with substations, transmission lines, or interconnection projects.
• Experience leading multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage construction, electrical safety, and utility interconnection processes.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for high-voltage substation, transmission, and interconnection projects in the Western region.
• Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project execution with quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage regional portfolio focusing on engineering, procurement, outages, and energization milestones.
• Lead and develop regional project teams and establish operating standards.
• Support growth through client and utility relationship management.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and change management across the portfolio.
