Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Regional Manager for the Western region. This leadership role oversees HV substation, transmission, and interconnection projects across WA, OR, CA, NV and nearby WECC states, with remote-first setup and eventual site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent HV field experience considered.
• 8–10 years of HV substation, transmission, and interconnection construction.
• Strong project management and budget forecasting experience.
• Familiarity with CAISO, WECC markets, AVL qualification, and NERC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Western region HV projects to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets.
• Lead and develop regional project executives, managers, and engineers across multiple sites.
• Ensure QEW certification and enforce safety audits, energy isolation, and HV commissioning standards.
• Manage client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and support bid input with field insights.
