Job summary

Epcon is seeking a seasoned High Voltage Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of substation, transmission, and interconnection projects across the Western United States. The role emphasizes executive leadership, safety, quality, and financial performance in a dynamic regional portfolio.

The ideal candidate will manage project executives and field leaders, ensure adherence to CAISO/WECC standards, and develop a strong pipeline of future HV leaders while relocating as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading multi-project teams in high-voltage construction and utilities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple HV substation, transmission, and interconnection projects across the Western region.
• Ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget project execution with quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead regional project leadership reviews and develop succession through pipeline of leaders.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, margins, and regional financial results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with utilities and clients; support pursuit of new opportunities.
