Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Regional Manager for the Eastern region. This role oversees high‑voltage substation, transmission, and interconnection projects across ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM, and non-ISO markets in the SERC area. The position is remote to start, with location details discussed during interview.

The role leads a distributed team and drives on-time, on-budget project delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Extensive travel and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent high-voltage field experience.
• 8–10 years in HV substation, transmission, interconnection construction.
• Proven project management and budget forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HV substation, transmission, and interconnection projects in the Eastern region.
• Monitor progress, manage schedule risk, and ensure safety, quality, and NERC compliance.
• Lead regional teams including Project Executives, PMs, and Engineers; conduct regular meetings.
