SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking an HV Regional Manager: Eastern to oversee multiple high‑voltage substation, transmission, and interconnection construction projects across the Eastern region. The role begins remote, with location details discussed in interviews.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in HV substations and multi‑project leadership, strong budgeting, and familiarity with regional ISO/utility markets. Travel across the Northeast, Mid‑Atlantic, and SE regions is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent high‑voltage field experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects and teams in HV substations and transmission.
• Strong knowledge of NERC, HV construction processes and utility interconnect.
• Familiarity with ISO/utility markets and AVL qualification process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HV substation, transmission, and interconnection projects across the region.
• Lead and develop Project Executives, Managers, and engineers in the region.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality across all sites.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and change orders; drive margin performance.
• Coordinate with clients and utilities to maintain relationships and bids.
• Report regional project status and metrics; manage risk and schedules.
