Job summary

SOLV Energy is actively seeking a Senior HV Project Manager to oversee the management of high voltage construction projects across the United States. Responsibilities include ensuring project compliance with safety regulations, mentoring project teams, and acting as the primary contact with utility owners during all phases of project execution.

The position allows for full remote work, ensuring a flexible working environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in utility-scale projects and hold relevant professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility scale experience in design and/or construction of Utility scale power substations.
• Preferred experience with NFPA 70e safety training.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects comply with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Manage interconnection‑related activities, including utility coordination meetings.

Skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of dispatching methods and practices

Strong organizational skills

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems independently

Education

Licensed Professional Engineer

PMP certification
