Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or PM.
• 3+ years leading preconstruction activities preferred.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage electrical projects 12kV through 500kV+ systems.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop project execution strategies aligning with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception through turnover.
• Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and detailed cost estimates.
• Analyze designs, specs, bid documents, and labor/equipment costs.
• Maintain estimating databases and market pricing trends.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, utilities, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in project pursuit and proposal presentations.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and stakeholder alignment sessions.
