SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects, including substations and transmission lines. This fully remote role requires coordinating estimates, schedules, and risk assessments from concept to turnover.

You will manage client relationships, develop execution strategies, and ensure alignment with project goals while leveraging extensive HV experience. Travel to sites may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading preconstruction activities preferred.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage electrical projects ranging from 12kV through 500kV+ systems.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop project execution strategies that align with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from project inception through construction turnover.
• Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and detailed cost estimates.
• Analyze engineering designs, specifications, and bid documents.
• Review labor productivity, equipment requirements, and material pricing.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain estimating databases and market pricing trends.
• Serve as the primary preconstruction point of contact for clients, utilities, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
