Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Acceptance HV/MV Testing Technician Level 1 to perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair in substations, BESS and PV facilities. The role is remote with heavy travel to varying jobsites.

Candidates must be able to work remotely nationwide, travel up to 75%, and maintain safety and quality procedures; a High School diploma and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel 75% of time.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work at remote locations in extreme weather.
• CPR/First Aid training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance testing and commissioning of equipment in substations, BESS and PV facilities.
• Ensure a safe working environment through strict adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate documentation and reports.
• Assemble, write, and review complete test reports of work performed or supervised.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teammates.
