Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as an electrician testing technician in substations or BESS yards.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time and work remotely from various sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance testing and commissioning of equipment in substations, BESS and PV facilities.
• Ensure safe working environment by following company and industry safety standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate documentation and required reports.
• Assemble, write, and review complete test reports of work performed or supervised.
• Interact effectively with clients, vendors, and teammates.
• Learn and apply safety regulations and work procedures.
