Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy is seeking an Acceptance HV/MV Testing Technician Level 1 to execute testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair activities in substations, BESS and PV facilities. This role is remote with heavy travel to varying jobsites required.

Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities include performing acceptance testing, ensuring safety, documenting reports, and coordinating with clients and team members while progressing

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience as an electrician testing technician in substations or BESS yards.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Demonstrated hazard recognition and mitigation with proper tools.

Aufgaben

• Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform acceptance testing and commissioning of equipment in substations, BESS and PV facilities.
• Maintain a safe working environment through adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate documentation and required reports.
• Complete assignments with technicians and trainees' assistance.
• Assemble, write and review complete test reports.
• Manage multiple jobs concurrently and communicate with clients and vendors.
• Assess other technicians' safety and technical skills.
