SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a remote Acceptance HV/MV Testing Technician Level 1. The role executes testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair in substations, BESS and PV facilities, with travel to varying jobsites required.

You will complete jobs with Technicians and Trainees while upholding SOLV Energy safety and quality standards. Applicants should have 1–3 years of electrician testing technician experience in substations or BESS yards and be able to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an electrician testing technician in substations or BESS yards.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair in substations, BESS yards and PV facilities.
• Perform acceptance testing and commissioning of equipment on various sites.
• Complete jobs with the assistance of Technicians and Trainees.
• Uphold SOLV Energy safety, quality procedures and policies.
