SOLV Energy is seeking an Acceptance HV/MV Testing Technician Level 1 to perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair in substations, BESS and PV facilities. The role is remote with heavy travel to varied jobsites across the US.

You will adhere to strict safety standards, prepare reports, and work with technicians to complete tests. A minimum of 1–3 years as an electrician testing technician and a valid driver’s license are required; willingness to travel up to 75% and ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as an electrician testing technician in substations or BESS yards.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• CPR/First Aid training and safety certifications as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Perform acceptance testing and commissioning of equipment in substations, BESS and PV facilities.
• Ensure safe working environment per safety standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate documentation and required reports.
• Assemble, write, and review complete test reports of work performed or supervised.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teammates.
