Qualifications

• 4+ years working in a museum, gallery, cultural institution, arts nonprofit, or academic humanities setting producing scholarly or public-facing written material.
• Demonstrated command of art-historical, literary, or cultural research methods and the ability to translate scholarship into clear writing for boards or public audiences.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (exhibition catalogs, funding applications, provenance spreadsheets, donor decks, public outlines, artist bios).
• Collaborate with AI lab stakeholders to ensure high-quality, publication-ready outputs.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and stylistic consistency across all deliverables.
