Ethos is seeking curatorial managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across exhibition catalogs, funding applications, provenance spreadsheets, donor decks, programming outlines, and artist bios.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in museums or humanities settings producing scholarly or public-facing writing
• Command of art-historical, literary, or cultural research methods and translating scholarship into clear, board- or public-ready writing
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows: exhibition catalog essays, cultural funding applications, collection provenance spreadsheets, donor briefing decks, public programming outlines, and artist biographical profiles.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and audience-appropriate tone for board-ready and public-facing materials.
