DBeaver is seeking a HubSpot Systems Manager to own the systems powering our GTM motion across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The role reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates with Sales and CS.

This position can be remote in the United States or Europe, or hybrid in our offices in Belgrade or Budapest. You will lead HubSpot administration for a 250K+ contact PLG motion, design scalable workflows, and partner with teams to ship high-impact changes, including integrations with

• Deep HubSpot experience in a high-volume PLG environment.
• Ability to translate Marketing, Sales, and CS needs into scalable systems.
• Strong documentation and governance practices.

• Own HubSpot administration and integrations with Clay and Unify.
• Design and optimize workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, and data hygiene for 250K+ contacts.
• Prioritize work for business impact and produce clear business cases.
