DBeaver is seeking a HubSpot Systems Manager to own GTM motions across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This remote/intl role partners with Marketing, Sales, and CS to optimize the HubSpot environment and integrations, driving measurable pipeline and lifecycle impact.

You will lead administration, prioritization, and documentation, ensuring scalable systems from HubSpot to Clay and Unify, while championing AI-enabled automation and data quality.

• Strategic, business-impact mindset focused on sequencing and prioritization.
