Job summary
CU Boulder seeks an HR IT Program Manager to lead the planning, governance, and continuous improvement of HR technology programs. You will oversee enterprise HR applications, data analytics, reporting, and automation, partnering with HR leadership, OIT, vendors, and campus partners to deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience administering HR applications and HR technology platforms.
- Experience with data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology programs and services.
- Develop and manage HR application stack roadmaps and backlogs.
- Supervise security, reporting, and access controls across HR applications.
- Establish partnerships with HR leadership, OIT, and vendors.
- Lead vendor relationships and service-improvement initiatives.
