Job summary
CU Boulder invites applications for an HR IT Program Manager to lead enterprise HR technology programs, data analytics, and reporting across HR. You will oversee the HRIT portfolio, supervise an applications support team, drive automation, and partner with HR leadership, OIT, and vendors to deliver technology solutions that enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
The role is fully remote with a strong emphasis on collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of professional experience.
- Experience administering HR applications and performance/talent systems.
- Ability to lead multiple priorities, projects, and teams.
- Strong collaboration with HR and IT partners, vendors, and leadership.
- Proficiency with data analytics, dashboards, and BI tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, governance, and continuous improvement of HR technology programs.
- Develop and manage HRIT application stack roadmaps and backlogs.
- Supervise HRIT staff and ensure service delivery and system support.
- Own data analytics, reporting, and dashboards for HR leadership.
- Drive automation, process redesign, and integration across HR systems.
