You will supervise HRIT staff, partner with HR leadership, OIT, and vendors to deliver technology solutions that support employee experience and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes data governance, reporting, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field; 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience administering HR applications such as performance management, talent acquisition, position management, ticketing and case management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), Tableau, SQL, and data analytics tools.
• Experience leading technology projects using Agile, Scrum, or related project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of HR technology programs and services.
• Develop and manage application stack roadmaps, priorities, project portfolios, and team backlogs.
• Supervise configuration management, security, reporting, and user access across HR applications.
