Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of HR, HR technology, or people analytics experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Data Management (Data bricks, Mango, SQL) and HR domain expertise.
• Experience with Anaplan module.
• Proven success in process reengineering and automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and workforce analytics.
• Experience managing global HR Tech strategies and system consolidation.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive innovation.
• Familiarity with compliance standards, HR data governance, and system audit-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking HR technology strategy aligned to enterprise goals.
• Influence business leaders on processes and key solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR customers and liaison between HRIT and stakeholders.
• Lead HRIT associates and contractors, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Identify emerging HR technologies, AI capabilities, and automation to boost workforce insights.
• Oversee implementation and support for platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Phenom, and Cornerstone.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across systems.
• Build HR data and analytics platforms to deliver workforce insights.
• Drive improvements through automation and digital workflows.
• Manage third-party vendors, SLAs, renewals, and RFPs; align with Finance and Legal.
