Job summary

CMC is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Technical Lead (HR Systems) to guide global HR technology initiatives, including SuccessFactors, and to align HR systems with business priorities. You will shape the HRIS roadmap, drive a scalable architecture, and serve as HR's AI Champion, partnering across HR, IT, Legal, Compliance and Security to implement high‑value AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–9 years of HRIS experience.
• Experience leading enterprise HRIS initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide global HRIS initiatives in alignment with HR strategy.
• Design and execute the HRIS roadmap and future-state architecture.
• Escalate complex system issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Partner with HR and IT to optimize and integrate HR systems including SuccessFactors.
• Manage HRIS projects, processes, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with SaaS vendors to maximize adoption and enhance capabilities.
• Guide offshore resources to streamline production support.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for adoption of HR technology and AI.
