Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Program Manager to partner with HRBPs and COEs to lead HR programs and analytics aligned with organizational goals across assigned business units. You will drive data‑driven decision making, ensure program delivery, report to our Senior Manager HR Program Management, and collaborate with COEs to integrate best practices while maintaining data integrity and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• HR Generalist background.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday or related HR information systems.
• Ability to influence with varying levels of leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management methodologies, and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations based on insights derived from people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR program implementations with HRBPs and COEs.
• Deliver programs across assigned business units using data-driven insights.
• Report to the Senior Manager HR Program Management.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate HR programs with COEs.
• Collaborate with COEs to integrate best practices.
• Establish feedback loops between HRBPs and COEs for improvement.
• Provide region- and BU-specific data and analytics under the HR Analytics framework.
• Develop BU-specific people analytics strategies aligned with COE designs.
• Implement regular data integrity checks for HR data within the business.
• Identify discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to plan and implement HR projects.
