MediSolution is seeking an HR Implementation & Support Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on implementing HR solutions for healthcare clients, providing ongoing support, and translating business needs into effective system configurations.

You will work remotely within Canada, collaborate with internal teams, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve processes and outcomes. The position involves training, testing, and ensuring successful go-lives while staying current with HR/payroll

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in HR, HR systems, HRIS implementation or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, business requirements, and reporting needs.
• Experience supporting or implementing software applications, preferably in HR or business systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate issues and own resolutions.
• Experience using SQL or similar data querying concepts.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, applications, and processes.

Responsabilités

• Implement new customers from start to finish: requirements gathering, process analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and transition to ongoing support.
• Provide high-quality application support by investigating client issues, identifying root causes, and developing solutions or workarounds.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and communicating application changes.
• Manage and prioritize support cases, document progress, and escalate when required.
• Participate in project planning and delivery: documentation, status updates, testing, UAT, and go-live.
• Develop and maintain training materials and user documentation; deliver client and end-user training.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Technical Support to resolve complex issues and identify improvements.
• Support business development activities: proposals, demos, statements of work, and client-facing tasks.
• Stay current with HR, payroll, regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Use AI tools and modern tech to improve productivity, research, and client outcomes.
• Perform other duties as required.
