You will move between projects—from HRIS implementations to training HR teams and addressing employee-relations issues—owning client relationships and delivering practical, system-driven improvements.

This individual contributor role emphasizes strategy, resourcefulness, and learning new systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to both HR operations and HR technology.
• 3+ years hands-on with at least one HRIS or HCM platform, including configuration.
• Experience configuring or administering a benefits administration system.
• Working knowledge of ACA compliance and multiple filing seasons.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and employment law.
• Experience writing HR policies, procedures or handbooks.
• Track record of training users and building documentation.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting in an HR system.
• Experience on at least one full-lifecycle system implementation.

Responsibilities

• HRIS implementation and configuration from discovery to post-launch support.
• Configure benefits administration systems and eligibility rules.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors on integrations and file feeds.
• Build and execute test plans and validate data before go-live.
• Assess clients' HR processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and options.
• Advise clients on employee relations issues with sound judgment.
• Draft and update HR policies, procedures and handbooks.
• Design and deliver training for client HR teams and end users.
• Build reports, dashboards and audits in client systems.
• Manage ACA reporting end-to-end and filing.
• Serve as primary contact on engagements and manage timelines.
