Job summary

Melita Group in the United States is seeking an Implementation Specialist to actively configure, migrate data, and test HR, benefits, and payroll on our platform, ensuring what is sold is delivered. This hands-on role supports onboarding from kickoff to go-live and works closely with Sales, Client Success, and Technology teams.

Reporting to the Head of Implementations, you will drive AI, automation, and workflow improvements to speed deployments, maintain the project plan, and ensure successful

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing outsourced Payroll and HR services at a PEO, HRO, or HRIS vendor.
• Experience with major HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, Rippling) including configuration and data migration.
• Payroll processing experience, multi-state, tax setup, and mid-year conversions with YTD balancing.
• Proven track record of end-to-end implementations and managing a multi-workstream project plan.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding across HR administration, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence services from kickoff to handoff.
• Contribute to time-to-live, go-live satisfaction, and smooth transition to Service Delivery.
• Help build and maintain the implementation project plan and track milestones across workstreams.
• Configure HRIS and complete builds on platforms including ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, Rippling, and Salesforce.
