Job summary

Melita Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist to onboard new HR, benefits, and payroll clients onto our platform from kickoff through a clean handoff to ongoing service teams. You will configure HRIS platforms, migrate data, and validate results while partnering across Sales, Client Success, and Finance to ensure successful go-lives.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in implementation workflows, with a remote US-based work

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing outsourced HR/payroll services at a PEO, HRO, or HRIS vendor.
• Experience configuring HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, Rippling) including data migration.
• Proven track record running end-to-end implementations with multi-workstream timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute new client onboardings across HR administration, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence services from kickoff to handoff.
• Contribute to time-to-live, go-live satisfaction, and smooth post-implementation transitions to Service Delivery.
• Build and maintain the implementation project plan and monitor milestones to keep workstreams on schedule.
