Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking a Project Manager for HRIS Implementations to lead a team of consultants, managers, developers, and SMEs across multiple HRIS initiatives. The role collaborates with senior management and clients to meet project expectations, timelines, and business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ PM experience in high-tech environments, with HRIS/HR software know-how and multi-state HR/payroll exposure.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in high-tech development environments.
Experience with HRIS/HCM implementations is required.
Experience with multi-state HR and payroll complexities preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent ERP/HRIS projects and implementations.
Develop project deliverables: schedules, status reports, issue logs, and stakeholder updates.
Partner with Implementation Consultants and clients to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
Provide direction, motivation, and clear vision to project teams and client business goals.
Define project scope, gather requirements, and establish timelines and resources.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to scope and change control processes.
Promote collaboration among project team members and cultivate loyal clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products/services and support pre-sales activities.
