Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a company-wide HRIS implementation, preferably with HR technology project experience. The role requires coordinating HR, IT, vendors, and leadership to keep milestones on track through testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities include managing project plans, UAT, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications, while maintaining clear updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating UAT testing.
• Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of HR technology and HR processes.
• Experience with multiple HR stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of HRIS implementation, including plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support Rippling implementation, collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure schedule adherence.
• Lead coordination of UAT, including test scripts, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements, workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, and schedule impacts.
• Maintain RAID logs, action-items and status reports.
• Provide regular leadership updates on milestones, risks and decisions.
• Facilitate meetings and testing sessions with stakeholders.
• Ensure HRIS aligns with organizational requirements and HR processes.
