Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager – HRIS to lead enterprise software implementations across the organization, with an initial focus on HRIS for the Hudson Tunnel Project.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT, vendors and executives to deliver systems that improve data quality, user experience and operational efficiency. This role requires 5+ years of full lifecycle project experience and strong governance; New York or New Jersey locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Hands-on lifecycle experience: requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance, risk management, schedule management, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of HRIS and enterprise software projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
• Oversee HRIS implementation activities including data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations and milestones are met.
• Drive organizational readiness with change management and training.
