Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Manager to drive a company-wide HRIS implementation, with a preference for candidates with HR technology experience. The role will coordinate HR, IT, and vendor stakeholders, manage testing activities, and ensure milestones are completed on time while working remotely.

The PM will maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status updates for leadership, and will lead cross-team sessions to resolve issues and keep implementation progress on track.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating UAT testing for a system implementation.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder communications and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of HRIS implementation projects, including plans, timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate Rippling implementation with HR, IT, vendors and stakeholders.
• Lead UAT, test planning, scripts, execution, defect tracking and sign-off.
