Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise HR technology integration initiative. The role focuses on tying complex HR systems into a connected talent ecosystem for enterprise usage and reporting, with remote, contract-based work and a comprehensive W2 benefits package.

The PM will drive integration work, coordinate across technical and business stakeholders, manage risks and timelines, and operate with minimal training or day-to-day direction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology projects.
• Ability to start with minimal training or direction.
• PMP certification preferred.
• HRIS/HR tech experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise systems integration projects and activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate integration across technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Track progress and ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
• Identify risks and communicate obstacles to delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support integration of multiple HR systems into a connected talent ecosystem.
• Organize and communicate status, milestones, and actions.
• Work independently with limited direction.
