Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
5+ years of project management delivering enterprise software.
Experience with full software implementation lifecycle.
Proven vendor and cross-functional leadership.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle HRIS and enterprise projects from initiation through deployment.
Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Procurement, and vendors.
Oversee HRIS implementation activities including data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract obligations and issue resolution.
Drive organizational readiness, change management, and user adoption.
