Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a company-wide HRIS implementation, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed HR technology implementations. The role is remote, coordinating HR, IT, vendors, and leadership to drive the project forward, manage testing, and ensure milestones are completed.

The PM will serve as a central coordinator, maintain detailed plans, oversee UAT, track risks and issues, and deliver clear updates to executives and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Previous Project Management experience with HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating UAT testing for a system implementation.
• Experience managing project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of HR technology and HR business processes.
• Experience with Rippling is highly preferred; experience implementing another major HRIS/HCM platform is also valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of an HRIS implementation, including project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support the implementation of Rippling, working with HR, IT, business leaders, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure activities stay on schedule.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, scripts, execution, and defect resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate system requirements, workflows, configurations, integrations, and processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule impacts.
• Maintain RAID logs, action-item trackers, documentation, and status reports.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders with milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate project meetings and testing sessions; track decisions and follow up.
