Job summary
PangeaTwo is seeking a Remote Director of HRIS to lead the Oracle HCM transformation for a large national healthcare organization. This role requires hands-on Oracle HCM experience and strong leadership to drive a product-led HR Technology function from design to operations.
The role involves building an agile HR Technology team, owning vendor governance, data privacy, security, and cross-functional partnerships with IT and HR.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR Technology/HRIS leadership in an enterprise setting.
- Experience delivering full-lifecycle HCM implementations and post-launch support.
- Hands-on with Oracle HCM, UKG Pro Core, UKG Workforce Management, iCIMS and ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to build HRIS teams and drive Agile product structures.
- Strong IT literacy, API integrations, security, and operations.
- Experience managing global support models and offshore teams.
- Vendor management, SOW negotiations, and large-scale budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile transformation and team-building for the HR Technology function.
- Own Oracle HCM lifecycle from prep to go-live and post-go-live support.
- Partner with IT to align architecture, security, and integrations.
- Oversee integration across Oracle HCM, UKG, iCIMS, and ServiceNow.
- Develop capability and performance management for the team.
- Create cutover, hyper-care, and stabilization plans.
- Define staffing and offshore/onshore capacity requirements.
- Drive data strategy with People Analytics and privacy standards.
