Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for our HRIS and related HR applications. You will implement and optimize HR technologies, lead Payroll & Payroll Tax configurations, and deliver insightful reports to support HR operations.

Ideal candidates bring Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading HR projects from design through implementation. This is a remote role with nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years experience in HR/IT roles.
• 5+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or equivalent.
• Strong communication across technical and business teams.
• Experience with HR technology implementations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional support for HRIS, Payroll & Payroll Tax operations.
• Coordinate projects evaluating process automation feasibility.
• Provide day-to-day HR technology support and govern reporting needs.
• Build and extract reports using existing tools or custom solutions.
• Manage integration testing across HR applications and services.
• Mentor junior analysts and support the broader team.
